→ What is Non Violent Communication?

Compassionate Communication or Non Violent Communication (NVC) is an overview for addressing  personal challenges (choices to make, dilemmas) or relational challenges (conflicts, unspoken words). This method is based on psychology and social sciences.

Through a series of practical exercises you will understand emotional issues arising in actual situations.  Together we establish a concrete approach allowing you to make decisions that takes into account all parties involved.

→  What is Biofield Therapy ?

Biofield therapy refers to a diagnostic and treatment approach centered on the human vibratory field (biofields).

There are traditional (Magnetism) and modern (Healing Touch) approaches  using sound, electromagnetic or other therapies.  Sessions can be organised on a one to one, patient-therapist basis or at a distance (reiki).

Hélène Pétry

When I was a Sociology lecturer in Brazil, I realised that I wanted to help change my student's world who were  in search of a more just Society. At the same time I was uncertain about the relevance of the learning process in place, doubtful of the resources needed for just and transformative action.

During a seminar with former students, who all became teachers, one of them explained that a learning process called nonviolent Communication (NVC) had most profoundly transformed him. He used this process daily both in his personal and professional life.

I completed my nonviolent Communication training  and in 2013 I started practising diligently in various groups in Rio. Amazed by the transformative effects of this practice,  implemented training in Nonviolent Communication in our university curriculum.

Semester after semester, the feedback on the profound and concrete beneficial impact of this practice on the lives of those who had studied and implemented it accumulated. So much so that after 7 years of university teaching, I chose to conduct non violent Communication workshops as an independent trainer.

Today I am  back in France and run internships and workshops in the Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur (PACA region), as well as a non-profit Communication practice group, a more personal version of NVC. I also carry out couple mediations and individual support based on empathetic listening and complementary therapeutic approaches.
